Around the wild Rebel cavalry captain, the
South’s
armies crumbled, even as he fought furiously
and
ingeniously. He cannot accept the awful defeat,
is
haunted by the hatred of his evil minister
father,
torn by his love for another man’s woman and driven
to make Texas whole again. Rule Cordell is an intense Rebel
cavalry captain, riding with the nightmares of a tyrannical
minister father. At the end of the Civil War, Cordell is not able
to accept the loss and leaves his closest friends to fight on.
Before realizing he isn't fighting for Texas and the South, he
becomes an outlaw as part of a band led by wild and charismatic
Johnny Cat Carlson. Before Cordell can leave his past behind
him, he'll have to face up to it, and the father who turned him to
the gun in the first place.
